Nightly / Weekly Rates

Depending on the site, nightly rates range between $30-$40, while weekly rates are between $150-$200. Refundable deposits are required for stays of 7 nights or longer.

Monthly Extended Stays

If you're here for work, seasonal travel, or just a peaceful place to settle in for a while, we’ll make sure you feel at home! Most of our extended stay sites start at $450 per month and are all bills paid. Call or check out our booking engine for the latest rates and availability. Ask about our referral program for an additional $50 off!
